Summary This position is at the full performance level located in the Health Informatics Service. Timely, effective communication with Veterans is critical to the mission of the VA. The incumbent maintains the administrative functions of the Connected Health/Connected Care Program delivery by delegation of supervisor or designee. The incumbent collaborates with various care lines and providers using different types of modalities with the objectives of improving access and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities Dutiesmay include but are not limited to: The Mobile Provider iPad Program and the Digital Divide Program are sponsored by the VHA Office of Connected Care (OCC). The Mobile Provider iPad Program provides iPads to Clinicians to use in the day-to-day patient care activities.
