Responsibilities The site manager serves as an extension of the Assistant Director providing operational and administrative oversight and direction of all operations at one or more Primary Care Clinics (PCC) and Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) of the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System. Exercises a high degree of initiating, coordinating, and assisting with the workflow of the entire PCC Has direct management of the clinic to include: planning, organizing, directing, controlling, evaluating, and improving medical and administrative support operations of the clinic.
