Responsibilities and About the Team: The Talent Acquisition Process Management team plays a critical role in building a scalable, compliant, and high-quality hiring ecosystem. We focus on hiring process excellence, interview evaluation, and hiring compliance to enable hiring teams to operate with clarity and precision while continuously improving how we hire.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Case Management
- Manage background check cases from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and policy adherence.
- Proactively identify and resolve case issues, escalations, or inconsistencies.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
- Partner closely with recruiters, candidates and external vendors to ensure smooth execution and clear communication.
- Act as a key point of contact to drive alignment and maintain service quality.
