Eaton’s ES AMER NAS division is currently seeking a Program Manager. This hybrid position is based at Moon Township, PA, Beachwood, OH, or Westerville, OH, with approximately 30% travel.

**What you’ll do:**

The primary function of the Williams Companies Program Leader, Project Management is to act as the customer’s single point of contact for post-order activities associated with active projects. This position will drive the Project Management Process and its associated elements throughout the organization to ensure accurate, complete and timely data with which fact-based decisions and evaluations can be made; and drive financial improvements and customer satisfaction on projects, through continuous improvements of Project Management processes by field based Project Managers and Project Engineers.
