Our Client, a Commercial Banking company, is looking for a Program Manager for their Remote location. Responsibilities:

+ This role combines strategic leadership, program execution, and enterprise change management, ensuring regulatory requirements are translated into scalable solutions and successfully delivered across business, technology, and risk functions.

+ The role serves as a central leader across cross-functional teams, driving alignment with enterprise priorities, managing program complexity, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

+ Ensures program alignment to regulatory requirements, e.g. Coverage/Scope (>= 1,000 small business loans in prior years, <$1MM gross annual revenue, data element capture during loan application)

+ Plans and coordinates closely with Business Unit/Functional managers and cross functional subject matter experts and key project team members to drive project activities and issue resolution.
