About the role

At a time when security of supply, preparedness, and defense cooperation are becoming increasingly important across the Nordic region, Nammo is playing a central role in strengthening the region’s defense capabilities. Through the Strategic Partnership Agreement (SPA), Nammo and the Nordic nations are establishing a new model for long‑term cooperation to ensure security of supply and strengthen operational readiness in peace, crisis, and conflict.

To support the continued development of this strategic initiative, we are looking for a Program Manager SPA Nordics to help drive both its strategic direction and operational execution.
