Program Manager – Sourcing

Brooks is a prominent leader in the semiconductor industry, known for our innovative technology and sustainable solutions. As part of our strategic expansion in Malaysia, we are seeking an experienced Program Manager – Sourcing to become a part of the dynamic Commodity Sourcing team based out of Pasir Gudang, Johor. The role will identify new suppliers with capabilities that match our goals, support the production ramp of the site, and ensure supply continuity.

Work Location: Onsite, Pasir Gudang – Johor Bahru.

Localization/New Releases & Costs Management

• Primary ownership of new product materials costs with full understanding and reporting of cost drivers and changes.
