Position Overview
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Understand customer requirements and business goals, work closely with and support product manager/planning for new project proposals including product definitions, requirements, business case, etc.
+ Develop project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources leveraging team inputs and strengths.
+ Implementation schedules and validation plans prior to any Engineering build.
+ Manage project issues, decisions and risks, lead team to fix them and mitigate critical ones, and do escalation to sponsors as required.
+ Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel (from cross functions) to ensure project progresses and successful delivery with defined targets in the aspect of quality, timeline, cost and so on.
