The Seller External Relations (SER) team is seeking an experienced, results-oriented Senior Program Manager to support the Sellers in Your Community (SIYC) initiative—a role that balances external engagements with internal program coordination across Amazon business teams.

Through the SIYC initiative, we engage with small businesses in Amazon's store, amplify their stories externally, and advocate for them internally. Our work extends across the Americas, including Brazil, Canada, and Mexico.
