Western Kentucky University seeks an individual to serve as the Program Manager for Recruitment and Specialized Aid Programs in the College of Education and Behavioral Sciences. This Program Manager serves, along with other team members, in the Office of the Dean, reporting to the Associate Dean and the WKU Director for Financial Assistance.

Responsibilities associated with this position include:


+ Support recruitment and yield efforts by working with prospective students and targeted student populations to identify educational interests, explain stackable aid opportunities, and connect students to institutional and state-supported resources so that outreach regarding affordability and resources specific for this population can begin during the recruitment process
