**Description**

Must have experience in maintaining a high operational tempo of multiple squadrons of aircraft across 2 different Naval Air Stations. Extensive familiarity in different maintenance levels. Strong, effective communication skills working with Collective Bargaining Agreements with unions. Reports to the VP of CNATRA Programs. Must be customer oriented.

+ Direct, coordinate and monitor activities of the program through the managers/supervisors for total support of operations including administrative procedures/objectives, exercise control of subcontractors, and personnel assigned to the contract.
+ Establish/approve program operating procedures, policies, instructions and other applicable directives with appropriate reports and procedures to ensure data flow and proper direction to managers.
