Amazon is looking for a data-driven, hands-on, and innovative Program Manager to join our Operational Excellence team. As the backbone of our delivery network, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement within our Under the roof (UTR) and on the road (OTR) operations. Your mission is to bridge the gap between current performance and Best-at-Amazon benchmarks. You will own the roadmap for productivity metrics, process standardization, and the scaling of ultra-fast fulfillment operations. This role requires a boots-on-the-ground approach to identifying bottlenecks and the analytical skills to implement scalable solutions across a rapidly growing network.
