PeaceHealth Southwest is seeking a Nursing Residency Program Manager in Vancouver, Washington.

**Job Summary**

Responsible for the overall management of the PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center Nurse Residency Program (NRP) in support of the nursing professional practice model at PeaceHealth as the newly licensed registered nurse (NLRN) transitions from student to professional. Acts as a consultant for nursing units seeking to hire nurse residents and meets with nursing leadership to ensure structure and supports are in place to successfully expand the nurse residency program. Collaborates with the clinical education department to assure the orientation program supports the NRP program training needs to achieve the objective of the competency-based orientation needs for the nurse resident.
