**Description**

The Navy Design Quality Control (QC) Program Manager reports to the Navy Business Line Leader and provides leadership for all design quality-related activities within the Burns & McDonnell Navy Business Line. This role is pivotal in promoting the Burns & McDonnell culture of quality while ensuring stringent compliance with U.S. Navy and Marine Corps client requirements. The DQCPM will work closely with project teams to develop and implement systematic activities that fulfill the specific design quality requirements for each Navy project, from initial planning through design and construction phases, including commissioning and project close-out.



**Duties and Responsibilities**



+ Manage the implementation and adaptation of Burns & McDonnell's Corporate Quality Program to meet the specific requirements of all Navy (primarily NAVFAC but may also include Naval Warfare Centers and other Navy commands) contracts and standards.
