The Program Manager – Integrated Marketing Business Innovation Strategy
is a high‑impact, analytically rigorous role responsible for
driving business analysis and strategic formulation across Marketing &
Product verticals, including Integrated Marketing Channels and Media, In‑Flight
Entertainment & Connectivity, and Customer Intelligence &
Personalization.
This role supports enterprise decision‑making by developing
financial models, market insights, and structured strategy frameworks that
enable leaders to evaluate opportunities, prioritize investments, and
understand tradeoffs across the end‑to‑end customer journey. The role will also play a
meaningful part in shaping and evaluating Delta’s media and monetization
strategies. Overall, this position sits at the intersection of commercial
analysis, innovation, and long‑term strategic planning.
