Will provide hands‑on leadership for transfer and developing new products for all areas of ITT leading a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades Esenciales

• Leads a team to transfer and/or launch new products to be manufactured at ITT Nogales
• Participate in new product development with DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) with inputs from issues or lessons learn from manufacturing process.
• Develops manufacturing plans for new products
• Creates PAR (Capital Approval), leads its approval and keeps record of expenses for transfer projects
• Follows and ensures APQP process is used for the launch of any product/process
• Generates status reports, presentation for Sr. Management
• Evaluates and escalates risk as necessary to drive project closure on time
• Assist Project Managers developing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and detailed project schedules
