**Key Responsibilities**
**Lead assigned programs from initiation to completion**, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
**Collaborate closely with internal teams** across disciplines and locations, as well as external partners, manufacturers, and suppliers, to ensure aligned execution.
**Maintain focus on delivering high-quality end products** while actively identifying opportunities to reduce production and maintenance costs.
**Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels**while understanding customer needs and translating them into program outcomes.
Travel to AutoStore facilities in Norway 2-3 times per month to ensure close coordination and progress tracking of key programs.
