Description

The Program Manager will supervise and ensure a safe environment and work with the Clinical Team Leader to establish a positive treatment program. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of a positive, strengths-base, developmentally appropriate therapeutic milieu that is in keeping with the values and clinical treatment philosophy of Legacy Treatment Services. The Program Manger serves as the House Manager and is responsible for the safety and security of the program, building, Consumers and staff. Position has primary responsibility for budgets, scheduling and staff performance.
