Position Overview
- Strong technical knowledge of Dell PowerEdge systems, including PowerEdge servers, OMES Plug-In,SupportAssist Enterprise, and Secure Connect Gateway Remote Connectivitysystems
- Experience with iDRAC, OpenServer Manager 2.0 (OSM), and PDTK
- Ability to perform troubleshooting diagnostics and resolve complex technical issues
- Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions, including CloudIQ capabilities for PowerEdge servers
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Secure Component verification and OME
