Job Description
Customer Success is an integral part of the Digital Experience. The Program Manager for Customer Success will develop and support the execution of several programs by working closely with Leadership and various cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of a variety of strategic initiatives.
The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of multiple strategic programs and key initiatives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data, and implementing best practices to enhance the impact and effectiveness of the Customer Success Team.
