Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
1. BTL Strategy & Lead Generation
- Identify, design, and pilot new BTL lead generation avenues (door-to-door, society activations, kiosks, partnerships, referrals, etc.)
- Build scalable playbooks for high-performing BTL activities and roll them out across cities
- Continuously experiment and optimize BTL channels for quality and cost efficiency
2. On-Ground Team Management
- Lead and manage on-ground BTL Executives and BTL Managers across assigned cities
- Drive daily productivity, discipline, and execution rigor on the ground
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, pitch quality, and customer engagement standards
3. Funnel Ownership (End-to-End)
- Own the entire BTL funnel: Lead Generation → Sales Meeting → Order Conversion.
