**Overview**

Program Manager (CPE IEWS):

Bowhead seeks a Program Manager to join our team in supporting an upcoming effort supporting CPE IEWS at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) in Aberdeen, MD. The Program Manager (PM) shall provide comprehensive program management support, ensuring the successful fulfillment of all requirements, including management and oversight of all activities performed by personnel. The PM will provide leadership, direction, administration, quality assurance, and overall management.







**Responsibilities**

+ Oversee and coordinate staffing efforts, ensure compliance with contract requirements, and maintain accountability for performance outcomes.
+ Provide comprehensive program management support, ensuring the successful fulfillment of all requirements identified, including management and oversight of all activities performed by Contractor personnel, including subcontractors and teaming partners.
