**Description:** Responsible for managing F-35 Block 4 Communication, Navigation, and Identification (CNI) Development scope across the full life cycle and aligning effort with production, sustainment, and mods programs.
· Responsible for managing existing contracts and the management of Earned Value; cost, schedule and technical performance.
· Lead the preparation of proposals, work statements and specifications, budgets and financial terms of contract.
· Development and execution of a program plan meeting contractual commitments.
