The Program Director, in partnership with program leadership, will lead the West Accelerator Program in collaboration with the West Health Foundation and Mass General Brigham (MGB) Health System. The West Accelerator Program will expand the Superior Treatment of sEniors Pathway (STEP) from the Center for Geriatric Surgery (CGS) at Brigham and Women’s Hospital to nine hospitals and package the learnings into a scalable national model. The role involves strategic and hands-on leadership, protocol development, and comprehensive management of program operations, financial resources, and human resources.
