The Program Director of SaferU and SupportingYou leads workforce safety, well-being, and peer support initiatives across UCLA Health, with demonstrated organizational impact. This role provides strategic leadership, program oversight, and expansion of key initiatives that promote a culture of safety, compassion, resilience, and professional accountability across the healthcare workforce.

The Program Director oversees A Safer U, an interprofessional and multidisciplinary program focused on workforce safety, staff well-being, and creating a healthy environment for patients, families, and healthcare professionals throughout UCLA Health.
