The Program Director responsible for the daily operations of his/her program, the management and the quantity and quality of services provided to clients; adherence to budgets and contract deliverables; oversight of outcome measurements and metrics; relationships with other providers and with government, and other funders; collaborating with Human Resources on employee hiring, discipline, evaluation, training, development, and supervision.
