Comunilife Inc. is looking for an experienced Program Director for its new Bronx program, El Hogar. The Program Director is responsible for the overall administration and daily operations of the El Hogar program, a 24/7 supportive housing program providing permanent housing and on site supportive services; the management and the quantity and quality of services offered to clients; adherence to budgets and contract deliverables; oversight of outcome measurements and metrics; relationships with other providers and with government, and other funders; collaborating with Human Resources on employee hiring, discipline, evaluation, training, development, and supervision.
