Position Overview
Functional Responsibilities - Establish and enforce robust governance reporting and delivery assurance mechanisms including regular SteerCo and executive updates.
- Drive accountability across internal teams and external partners ensuring clarity of roles, deliverables and performance expectations.
- Lead financial management of the programme including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking and ensuring adherence to approved spend envelopes.
- Identify and manage financial risks, optimisation opportunities and trade-offs to maximise value delivery within budget constraints.
- Oversee vendor commercial performance including tracking against contractual commitments, deliverables and commercial terms.
- Ensure disciplined change control assessing scope, cost and timeline impacts before approval and integration into the programme plan.
