Position Overview
Functional Responsibilities - Establish and enforce robust governance, reporting, and delivery assurance mechanisms, including regular SteerCo and executive updates.
- Drive accountability across internal teams and external partners, ensuring clarity of roles, deliverables, and performance expectations.
- Lead financial management of the programme, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and ensuring adherence to approved spend envelopes.
- Identify and manage financial risks, optimisation opportunities, and tradeβoffs to maximise value delivery within budget constraints.
- Oversee vendor commercial performance, tracking against contractual commitments, deliverables, and commercial terms.
