Location: Garden City, NY | Salary: $30.22/Hour | Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours per week

The Opportunity


The Program Coordinator provides support, guidance and supervision to the Nassau Family Center respite staff and family support staff. The coordinator is responsible for ensuring that program capacity is maintained, service staffing meets capacity needs and program documentation adheres to state and county guidelines.



Responsibilities


+ Train, supervise and support FCN family support services staff and provide oversight for FCN family support and respite programs.

+ Conduct individual and group supervision of family support and respite staff.

+ Act as a liaison with the county for FCN family support and respite programs as well as assist director in completing state reports and audits.
