Supports the program director by performing administrative duties related to planning, directing and coordinating both the academic and operational activities of the program.

+ Coordinates and organizes the day-to-day office operations for the residency program.
+ Compiles data and statistics reports pertaining to the residency program.
+ Coordinates and assists with residency program meetings/events.
+ Serves as liaison between departments, programs, and other entities.
+ Updates and monitors the residency-related databases for management support, reporting, and recruitment.
