Summary The employee will serve as the Program Analyst, located in the Data and Information Department, Veterans Crisis Line (VCL), Veterans Affair (VA). The VCL is a 24-hour, 7-days-a-week, 365-days-a-year service aimed at connecting callers worldwide to a caring, qualified Veterans Administration employee. The VCL's mission is to provide 24/7, world-class suicide prevention and crisis intervention services to Veterans, Service Members and their family members. Responsibilities The duties of the position include but not limited to: Responsible for the design, development, production, analysis, and distribution of data reports and dashboards. Track incoming requests for data and reports, complete routine requests, sends more complex requests to other team members. Prepares a wide variety of reports and dashboards for program analysis, upward reporting to managers and program leads, data validation, and other data calls, as required.
