General Summary

Job function of Project Analyst (PA) is to assist with various activities including administrative tasks, internal process handling and workflow tracking.

Data Collection & Preparation

• Collect data from multiple sources (databases, spreadsheets, APIs, surveys).
• Clean, validate, and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues (missing, duplicate, or incorrect data).
• Define data requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.

Travel Support

• Create travel plans, book flights, hotels, and visa for travelers.
• Prepare timely expense reports and planning spreadsheets.
• Create and update records in internal log of meetings and attendance.
