Summary The incumbent is responsible for a wide variety of functions related to VTS and care and Beneficiary Travel expenditures and other contract services and agreements including: financial analysis, programmatic oversight, information management, financial feasibility studies, and support in strategic planning efforts. The incumbent will perform analytical and evaluative work associated with the effectiveness of the Beneficiary Travel program in meeting established goals and objectives. Responsibilities Duties include but not limited to: The Program Analyst will serve as the COR for all Beneficiary Travel contracts. The Program Analyst will review and certify invoices that are received after having validated that the goods or services have been received.
