The primary purpose of this position is to provide analytical input and recommendations on workforce-related policies and guidance to support Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) activities and organizational effectiveness, and performs continuous appraisal of the utilization of work-related policies and guidance in accomplishing objectives and goals. Responsibilities Duty 1: Designs and conducts comprehensive studies to improve efficiency; identifies, proposes, and devises innovative policies and guidance.
