Summary This position is located in the Division of Consumer Response and Operations (DCRO) in the Bureau of Consumer Protection (BCP) at the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in Washington, D.C. Responsibilities If you are selected for the Program Analyst (Redress) position, you will perform the following duties: Manage redress cases, including invoicing, creating work assignments, planning distributions, tracking contractor performance, and developing redress communications. Oversee contract management for redress administrators including reviewing work, executing contract management, and ensuring timely payment for work.
