ARC’s mission is to innovate, partner, and invest to build community capacity and strengthen economic growth in Appalachia to help the Region achieve socioeconomic parity with the nation.  

Position Summary:
ARC is seeking a Program Analyst [POWER & ARISE] to f acilitate and execute a broad range of tasks encompassing the full lifecycle of the Partnerships for Opportunity & Workforce & Economic Revitalization (POWER) program; coordinate aspects of operating the Appalachian Regional initiative for Stronger Economies (ARISE) initiative; coordination with the thirteen ARC states that comprise the Appalachian region.
