Responsibilities As a PROGRAM ANALYST at the GS-0343-12/13 some of your typical work assignments may include: Supports the development and execution of the Department Budget. Conducts analysis in support of the development of the Annual and Five Year Spend Plans and integrates requirements into the Department's annual Program Objective Memorandum (POM). Advises Agency management on individual test and assessment costs, and works directly with Division Chiefs and Program Managers to support planning and execution of Division, program, and project funds.
