Position: Program Analyst (Journeyman)

Overview: ITC Defense is seeking a Program Analyst (Journeyman) to support Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Security Cooperation programs. This position provides programmatic, analytical, and administrative support to International Program Managers (IPMs), Assistant Program Managers for Logistics (APMLs), and other government stakeholders involved in the planning, execution, and oversight of international acquisition and sustainment efforts. The successful candidate will contribute to program performance, coordination, reporting, and decision-making activities while supporting mission-critical objectives in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
