PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the PM Tactical Network (PM TN) as a program analyst Provide program analysis support for all phases of Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution, Program Objective Memorandum, and Strategic Portfolio Analysis Review (SPAR) Prepare POM/SPAR briefing charts, prepare Congressional Justification for President’s Budget (PB) and Budget Estimate Submission (BES) formulation Prepare, and update required forms, organize and support briefings of the Congressional Justification material, prepare and update briefing charts for the Army Program Budget Briefings (APBB) Prepare spend plans for PM TN programs using Government required tools and databases.
