The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Program Analyst to the Installations Resources Branch Chief, Resource Division, Logistic and Installation Support Directorate. The position will be to provide a Resource Manager and Execution Analyst for the Air National Guard (ANG) Operating and Maintenance (O&M) Programs, and ANG Military Construction (MILCON). Responsibilities Manages use of availability of prior year expired funds for use against modifications on prior year obligations. Coordinates apportionment process with FM for release of each new fiscal year of funding.
