About Us
Not I But We is a Cape Town based social enterprise that creates job opportunities for women survivors of trafficking and GBV through skills development and dignified employment. We are looking for a clear, kind, and organized Program Administrator with a heart for justice and women’s empowerment to help ensure our office and programs run smoothly.

Your Role
You’ll take care of the daily running of our office and support both operational and administrative needs. From managing office supplies and staff files to onboarding new staff, and coordinating inventory, orders, and reports, your work will keep our programs running seamlessly.

Practicalities
This is an on-site position based at our offices in Cape Town. Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 08:00 – 16:00.
