i. Essential Qualifications:
A Ph.D. degree with First Class at the Bachelor’s level (3/4-year full-time degree or Diploma after 10+2 in HMCT) or equivalent, or a Master’s Degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology / Hotel Management / Hospitality Studies / Hospitality Management / Culinary Arts / Culinary Science.A minimum of 15 years of experience in teaching, research, and/or industry, out of which at least 5 years must be at the level of Associate Professor/Reader or equivalent.OR
ii. For Candidates from Industry/Profession:
