**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:**
Reporting to the Chair of Pathology, the Vice Chair for Clinical Affairs will provide overall leadership of clinical services of the Department of Pathology, including all sections of Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. The ideal candidate will be an excellent clinician, educator, and scholar with expertise in one or more of the subspecialties in Pathology. It is expected that the individual will engage in active clinical service including covering call as appropriate, but the primary criteria for selection will be the candidate’s track record in operational leadership in an academic setting.
