Job Summary
The Professional Services Solutions Architect is a customer-facing, hybrid preβsales and delivery-aligned role that serves as the technical bridge between Sales and Professional Services. This role partners closely with Sales during the pre-sales cycle to understand client requirements, design scalable solutions, respond to RFPs, and define implementation scope. Post-sale, the role ensures a smooth transition into Professional Services by validating technical assumptions, integrations, and delivery expectations.
