The PS Operations Specialist, Sr provides support of our Professional Services management and delivery teams from quote to revenue recognition and acts as a backup to other team members.
Works to improve processes and policies to drive revenue and margins for PS.
What you will be doing:
- Assist with leading smaller projects and supporting team members in their tasks.
- Compile data and assist with analytics to inform business decisions.
- Contribute to the gathering of business requirements for system design, improvement, and configuration.
Aid in the development of policies, processes, and programs that drive Professional Services growth strategies.
- Work closely with the Resource Manager to handle requests, resourcing, scheduling, and follow-up as needed.
