My client requires Quantity Surveyors on the consultant side at all levels from Intermediate to Associate and Director level to join their teams in both their offices in Ireland and London.

My client provides Cost Consultancy and Project Management Services on both Civil and Building projects throughout Europe. Their success is based on the quality of their people. They employ highly qualified individuals and invest significantly in their training and development.

Requirements include:

•Relevant professional experience (minimum 5 years)

•SACQSP, ASAQS registration will be advantageous.

•Take control of and manage from inception to completion one or more projects of varying size and complexity

•Preparation of initial budgets and cost plans

•Commercial management of fast track projects

•Client facing and direct Client reporting
