Professional II – Leadership Development
The Manager-Leadership Development is focused on leading, advising, developing and curating content that builds core leadership skill that enhances our culture. It is housed in the LATAM Training & Development team who is responsible for foundational, professional development, building leadership capability and Functional training across all Latin America.
Job Description
Examples of Duties and Responsibilities
- Accountable curation of all leadership development programs and courses across LATAM.
- Course curation in a multitude of learning delivery methods.
- Maintain consistency in messaging to reinforce competencies across programs.
- Facilitate courseload of leadership classes, Functional classes, as well as team development sessions.
