About The Role

Purpose of the post: Responsible for implementing the Academy coaching programme and developing players technically, tactically, physically in the Professional Development Phase (U18) age group.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop an elite environment for the progression and development of young professional players, promoting the Club's philosophy, vision and culture at all times.
• Plan, prepare and deliver coaching sessions in the Professional Development Phase in tandem with the Club philosophy and coaching syllabus.
• Manage and maintain Kit Man Labs for the U18s age group from training sessions, fixtures and player reviews.
• Organise Academy players' logistics for all training sessions, fixtures, tournaments and Academy events.
• Attend all in-service and coaching days as directed by the First-Team Manager, Head of Academy Business Performance or Head of Academy Coaching.
