Major Responsibilities The following is a detailed, but not exhaustive, listing of the hands-on tasks you will undertake in the role: Education Training Design and deliver engaging educational programs, workshops, and seminar for ECPs across Singapore Plan, conduct and deliver of educational programs on periodic basis, in various settings/ formats to internal and external stakeholders pre/ post retail and office hours Development of relevant training modules, educational materials, case studies and tools kits that is essential to support for products/ programs Monitor training effectiveness and implement follow-up actions to ensure sustained impact
